The Hopeful Bridge’s goal is to develop a searchable directory of accepting churches, ministries, and other areas of support in communities across the state of PA, in order to;

• Connect the incarcerated to the mentioned organizations on the outside in order to help make their reintegration into society as seamless and successful as possible
• To connect the citizen who has already returned
• To connect the families of both groups.

THB’s goal is not only to help them find connections to assist in their physical, emotional, and mental needs but our primary mission is to introduce them to Christ and His family.

There are requirements that need to be met on our end for any organization to qualify if they are interested in being listed. We pray that you would consider listing your organization on the directory if your interests and values align with ours.
